Interim management of internal task force team at salads plant to enable achievement of planned delivery volumes during new site commissioning and development. Production output increased from c.30k units/day to 150k units/day within four months.

Recently gained a highly commended award at the UK Manufacturing Best Factory Awards 2004 for being, best Household and General Products Plant. (Works Management November 2004.) Forward Vision trained key managers in Value Stream Mapping to identify and exploit major cost saving and process improvement opportunities on the production, packing and despatch of snack foods. On gaining the recent award KP factory general manager said, “applying VSM to the Hula Hoop packing line-backed by substantial capital investment has seen lead times fall by 75% and material stocks halved”.
